The Person

The ideal candidate MUST have experience in setting up and / or running a school
Needs to have a healthy blend of academic and business thinking with exposure to modern business methods and technolgoy
The fixed remuneration will be oly a part of the remuneration package, while a significant part will coe from performance based bonus with the prospects of a profit share
