Are you an enthusiastic, outgoing and responsible individual with a passion to train/teach?

Do you have the following skills and qualifications?

• A Diploma in training and development or equivalent is compulsory
• A minimum of years experience in a similar capacity preferably in a BPO / KPO environment (Note : During the interview, you should be able to provide materials / evidences and briefly describe at least one training program that you have conducted)
• Excellent command in English, oral and written
• Effective communication skills, should be able to communicate with overseas clients
• Immense interpersonal social skills and excellent ability in making presentations
• Ability to coach and motivate the team
