Assistant Center manager - Kurunegala Regional Centre

Job Profile :  The Assistant Center Manager is responsible for the daily running and management of the centre through the effective use of resources. He/She would be setting and achieving the targets as well as planning areas of improvement of development of regional affairs. Specifically He / She would

• Conduct IPM study programmes
• Organize seminars and workshops to meet the demands of corporate customers and individuals alike.
• Enroll students for study programmes.
• Implement Marketing plan designed by the Marketing division.
• Organize career guidance programme for the schools located in Kurunegala area.
• Achieve budgetary targets set by IPM Head Office.

Personal Profile:

• Similar experience in the field of coordinating and conducting study programmes with marketing experience.
• Degree or any other professional qualification accepted by the IPM, preferably with a marketing background.
• Preference will be given to those who are residing in and around Kurunegala

Coordinator - Study Programmes - Kurunegala Regional Centre
Job Profile: The Coordinator Study Programmes is responsible for proper coordination of Study Programmes conducted by the institute. He/She is expected to assist Assistant Centre Manager in achieving the targets set by the institute. Specifically He / She would:

• Plan and coordinate study programmes conducted by the Institute.
• Attend to all student requirements and handle the external and internal customer requirements effectively and efficiently.
• Assist the Assistant Centre Manager to achieve the budgetary targets

Personal Profile:

• GCE A/L qualifications with minimum of years working experience in a similar organization.
• Any other professional qualification(s) and experience accepted by the IPM.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Computer literacy. (MS Excel and Word)

Remuneration for the above positions are negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
