• A Business-related Bachelor's Degree together with a Master's degree is a must.
• Excellent presentation skills in English, though prior teaching experience is not essential.

• A PhD or a DBA from a Sri Lankan Government University
• Managerial level experience in a reputed Organisation
• To teach Finance / Banking / Supply Chain Management modules, a relevant professional qualification
• Programme Management in a private higher education institute
