Montessori Lead Teacher ()
=======================

Position Summary
The Trillione Montessori Internationale (TMI) Lead Teacher is a guide who direct his/her students' activities academically, spiritually, emotionally and physically in a prepared Montessori environment that challenges each child to reach fullest potential in accordance with Montessori philosophy and procedures for the age group in which the AMI diploma is held. The Lead teacher is also responsible for maintaining the operation of the classroom in accordance with state guidelines, and requirements of Early Childhood Monitory Bodies. The Montessori Lead Teacher performs his/her services under the direction and supervision of the Head of School.

Requirements;
Lead teacher must meet the following basic requirements.
* Genuine warmth and love for guiding children and their families
* Have the physical capacity to work with Pre-school / Kindergarten aged children.
* Qualification from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) with a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent such as Pre-Primary Credential, Higher Diploma or HND) from a recognized State University or institute preferably in areas of EC Education, Counselling Psychology and Child Development.
* At least year experience in similar capacity or as an assistant teacher, aide, or student intern, preferably in a AMI certified Montessori Classroom.
* Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
* Experience in a second language, music, art and craft, PE or other enriching activities would be ideal.

Role and Responsibilities
* Implement the Montessori curriculum and record keeping system to track the children's progress.
* Responsible for preparation of the classroom environment, materials and equipment, ensures that all materials are in good repair and all sets complete.
* Supervise the assistant teachers, classroom assistant, aide, interns, substitutes, and parent volunteers; provide necessary instructions and training for those assisting in the classroom environment.
* Facilitate a respectful environment for children and adults by advocating conflict resolution and grace and courtesy lessons.
* Ensure respectful and open lines of communication with parents. Be available to parents through written communication, setting up conferences and educating parents in Montessori philosophy.
* Attend all institute meetings and scheduled staff events.
* Be a community leader, responsible for the school in the absence of an Administrator

Montessori Assistant Teacher ()
===========================

The Trillione Montessori Internationale (TMI) Assistant teacher is mainly responsible for assisting to ensure effective discharge of duties of aforesaid Lead Teachers, assisting in classroom management, implementation of the developmental curriculum, record keeping, and playground supervision. You are also responsible for Clearing and organizing work and play areas and keeping room well organized and arranged appropriately. Committed candidates should possess AMI fully or part qualification with one-year experience in similar capacity.
