Preschool Teacher (Galle -Thalpe / Kelaniya - Gonawela)
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students. Working closely With our team, you Will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that fosters our young learners' cognitive, social, and emotional development. Your expertise and enthusiasm will inspire a love for learning, laying a solid foundation for their future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align With our curriculum and promote holistic development.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, respected, and supported.
• Foster a love of learning by incorporating creative and interactive teaching methods, including play-based learning, arts and crafts, storytelling, and sensory exploration.
• Observe and assess each child's progress, and provide individualized feedback and support to meet their unique needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their chil d's progress, achievements, and areas for growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being Of all students by following proper health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Preschool / Montessori / child management Relevant teaching certification is preferred.
• Minimum of - years of experience as a preschool teacher, with a strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices, including play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent knowledge of G Suit and MS Office
