We are seeking a well experienced and energetic Chief Ground Instructor to join the Fairway Aviation Academy.

Job Role:

• *Management of all aspects of ground training and non-flying development programs provided by the academy
• Responsible for each student's ground school training completion and recommendation for application for the technical examination of DGCA
• Hiring and deployment of ground training instructors in accordance with the competency framework of the academy
• Ensure timely delivery of training and efficient utilization of resources
• Maintaining training techniques, procedures and standards for the school that are acceptable to the DGCA
• Evaluate, prepare and maintain ground training materials

Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of Ground Instructor Licence issued from CAASL
• Possession of CPL/IR or frozen ATPL issued from CAASL
• Minimum of years in recent aviation training delivery and classroom teaching experience.
• Minimum of year of experience as a Chief Ground Instructor
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Must possess and outstanding ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
