Job Responsibilities

• Maintain computer laboratory equipment and assisting with systems and hardware installations and upgrades
• Maintain and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Assist with network administration tasks. such as configuring network settings, troubleshooting network issues, and monitoring network performance
• Ensure network availability. and security and maintain computers on the Domain
• Setup Virtual Machine Environment and Dual boot System for Installing and Maintaining Various Operating Systems (Linux Distros, Windows Versions)
• Reports any computer malfunctions to the assigned supervisor regularly and follow up until they are fixed.
• Provide assistance for lecturers using the computer labs according to the requirement and support students during IT practicals
• Maintain a daily lab attendance/usage log and ensure users are signing in/out according to established guidelines.
• Ensure the lab is always supervised to avoid possible theft or malicious use Of all the equipment.

Requirements

• Professional Qualification in IT with - years of working
• Basic knowledge Of computer hardware/software and procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.

Working Hours: Full-time, Weekdays / weekends according to the work roaster or requirement.
