As the course Director - MBA, you are expected :

• To manage and administer the prestigious and probably the best MBA programme in Sri Lanka effectively.
• To coordinate and communicate with the faculty, the supervisors and the existing and the potential students
• To provide Academic insights and pastoral guidance for MBA students
• To liaise with Marketing in order to provide the market intelligence and feedback
• To assist the marketing to recruit / canvas potential MBA students
• To professionally and cordially work with the internal staff
• To participate in the internal and external boards of Examiners
• To undertake lectures at IIHE and Dissertation supervision.

The suitable candidate should possess the following

• First degree from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualification (Preferably an MBA) from a recognized university.
• Additional academic and professional qualifications and corporate exposure would be an added advantage.
• Competency in Research Methodology module and experience in Dissertation supervision at Masters Level
• Higher level of Emotional and multiple intelligence.
• Right and Can do attitude from the Academic and the Corporate perspective
• Sound inter-personal skills.
