An individual with a clear vision and the ability to lead, train and guide a group of dedicated teachers and students to achieve higher standards in both academic and extra curricular activities. Dynamic, experienced and innovative with good change management and excellent communication skills and a strict disciplinarian. Be thoroughly converse and with the GCE [O/L] and [A/L] London syllabuses.

Post Graduate qualification/s preferably with a minimum of years experience as Principal of an international school and be computer literate. Ability to teach any science subject, Mathematics or English at Advanced Level will be an added advantage.

The emolument package would include:

• Minimum take home salary of Omani Riyals /= + COL RO /= per month [Approximately LKR , + COL LKR ,]
• Family status [As per the prevailing Omani Law] with fully furnished family accommodation with utilities
• School maintained car for official and limited personal use
• Free schooling for the children at Sri Lankan School, Muscat
• Thirty days paid leave per annum with return air ticket for candidate and family [Wife and upto maximum of three children under years of age]
• Medical, Gratuity and terminal benefits in accordance with Omani Labour Law
