You are expected -

• To act in accordance with the aims, policies and administrative procedures of the College.
• To carry out in his/her own teaching responsibilities with the IELTS Department.
• To ensure that members of the faculty fulfill the requirements of their job descriptions as Assistant Teachers and
• To ensure effective co-operation, collaboration and communication within the faculty.

Also strategies of the operations needed to be implemented and correlation needed to be maintained with the expectations of the college.

Eligibility
To be successful you will need to:

• Possess a Bachelors with English special from a recognized university (State/International)
• Be qualified with CELTA

OR

• Possess the Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) qualification
• Possess any other qualifications related with English teaching.
