Job Description - Language Expert

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
• Ensure daily call filters and set targets are achieved
• Achieve sales targets by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling
• Process with potential clients.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about CRM and services, and learn about new market trends as they come in.

Requirement & Skills

• Proficiency with MS office & Email
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Language fluency
• Go-to personality
