Australasian Academy in partnerships with one of the leading educational institutions in Melbourne, Australia is the first institution in the country to offer Australian qualifications in Aged Care and Community Services.

We are currently seeking an Aged Care Lecturer to join our team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate Ill in Individual Care/Certificate IV in Aged Care (Australian qualification preferred)
• Desirably a Registered Nurse
• Strong passion for the aged care sector.
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing/Health Sciences — foreign or local university
• (Australian qualification preferred)
• Diploma in Nursing — Government Nursing School or recognized institution in Sri Lanka or overseas
• Minimum of two years in industry/professional experience.
• Experience in training or lecturing is desirable but not essential
• Australian teaching and assessment qualifications (TAE) desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as a part of a team.
