Management Associate / Library (code )

The job role:
As a Management Associate attached to the SUIT Library, you will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

• Handling library database, inter library loans and user related enquiries
• Maintaining the library research repository (using D space) by uploading articles, troubleshooting etc.
• Providing secretarial support to the Librarian when and where necessary
• Performing Circulations duties and maintaining student discipline in Library
• Shift duties, shelving, stocktaking, and other duties as assigned by Librarian

The ideal candidate:

• Should have outstanding interpersonal skills
• Experience in physical and virtual event management
• Strong communicator both oral and written
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• Be able to Multitask using technology

Eligibility requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification at the NVQ level or above in a relevant field.
Previous work experience in a similar role would bean added advantage
