Skills and Abilities Required:

• A minimum of years' in a similar role preferably at an educational institution.
• A Masters degree in Education (M Ed) or in any other field related.
• A thorough Knowledge of the Sri Lankan education system inclusive of procedures & process.
• Experience in Managing & Directing the delivery Of National & Pearson Edexcel Curriculum
• Excellent leadership & management skills.
• Excellent skills of communication in the Language of English & Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Established problem-solving & decision-making Skills.
• Excellent organizational & time management Skills.
• The ability to work under pressure meeting tight schedules & timeline demanded.
• The ability to work collaboratively With academic & nonacademic Staff members & stakeholders.
