Student Support and Administration Officer

The Role: : This role offers the chance to be a key player in our student support and administrative processes, ensuring that our students receive the guidance and support they need for a successful educational journey.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Student Support:

• Provide assistance to students, including those at risk, by offering study skills support and counselling on a range of issues.
• Maintain contact with current students, reaching out to support their educational journey and encouraging them to continue working through the course.
• Contribute to student welfare programs, including career seminars and study skills programs.
• Establish and maintain links with industry organisations to ensure that our courses are always in-line with the needs and demands of real world organisations.

Administration:

• Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring efficient operation.
• Manage student enrolments, completions, withdrawals, and the issuance of certificates.
• Maintain databases and manage reporting on student outcomes and course progression.
• The orientation for new students and assist in maintaining quality training resources.
