Vacancy - Tutor - Health and Social Care, Childcare and Nutrition

BA Training Group is one of UK's leading professional and vocational training providers. For over a decade the company has been providing hundreds of Online, classroom and Live Online courses to learners from the UK and all over the world. We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified, and well-experienced tutors for our Sri Lankan office located in Battaramulla.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, teaching and supporting learners online.
• Developing an online relationship and communicate with learners using mentor emails.
• Preparing and assessing online assignments
• Providing feedback and answers to learners' questions
• Building learners' confidence and independence
• Designing, developing and timely updating of course materials.
• Tracking of student progress and record keeping
• Maintain portfolios of the tutor communication with the learners.
• Maintaining student document folders.
• Preparing student documents for the External Quality Assurance processes.
• Supporting CSR agents with the academic matters and subject related queries. Providing necessary updates to the other departments regarding the learner progress.

Requirements:

• Hold a BSc in Nursing Health or other Health related qualification - Must
• Having a MSc in Health discipline is preferred
• Minimum year experience in teaching and assessing or teaching and training professional courses.
• Have knowledge of current curriculum and accreditation developments process and quality standard improvement
• Excellent communication (Written and Oral) skills in English.
• Good teaching skills, knowledge on student centric teaching methods, assessment methods and tutorials, curriculum, and course design.
• Experience in academic development and quality assurance of study programmes.

- Salary : Salary is negotiable upon your experience and the qualifications in the industry
- Status of the job : Full time - Permanent work from home / Remote work
- Shift time : You are required to work parallel to office hours in the UK and your regular working hours are : pm to :pm and during UK day light saving time :pm to :pm on Weekdays. We are off on weekends and UK bank holidays.
