Fast growing international skills and career development organisation looking for a young and dynamic trainers / instructors for its newly established iLEAD International Academy (Skills and Career Development Centre) at Panadura.

iLEAD International Academy offers different training courses for youth who are looking for effective Training on their chosen fields of employment.

Role of the Trainer/Instructor is to provide Training/Instruction for the students enrolled with the Centre and ensure quality training delivery.

We are looking for Trainers/Instructors in the field of:

• Computer Applications
• Hospitality and Tourism
• Sales and Marketing

Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:

• Education : A/Level and above
• Training : Any recognised training on the above fields
• Competencies : Language competency in English and Sinhala or Tamil is a must. All three languages are desirable excellent interpersonal communication and PR skills. Effective teaching skills
• Experience : More than two years experience in training/instruction on any of the above fields

Salaries and other benefits:
Salaries and benefits will be at the higher side of the market rates and will be fixed based on the experience and personal attributes of the candidate.
