The Global Training Centre (GTC) is an accredited online distance learning center, offering globally recognized professional qualifications in the field of Accounting and Finance, business Management and Information Technology which offer direct path to Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies.

to navigate our on-going operations, we are looking for persons with strong academic credentials for position as Lecturers and fresh graduates for lecturers at GTC in Sri Lanka.

Role Profile

• Prepare study materials and conduct assessments
• Conduct undergraduate / Professional Programmes
• Assess and monitor student learning
• Engage in overall academic support to students
• Contribute to academic development and management
  

Person Profile

• A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subjects area listed below (qualification in the listed area will be given preference)
• Experience in teaching at a reputable University / Higher Educational Institute and /or professional / industrial working experience.
• Excellent communication / teaching skills and commitment to student learning
• A team player who is willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends
  

Courses

• ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
• BCS - British Computer Society
• ABE - Association of Business Executives ( Business Management / Human Resources Management)
• Industry specific programmes
